Banks header install on 4.0L TJ

Step 1 - remove the stock Exhaust manifold- start by removing the intake to get to the exhaust. Removal is the easy part of this mod. You'll need to buy a disconnect tool to remove the fuel line.

Install the header aligning it with the stock exhaust connector then secure the bottom bolts. You can't tighten them all now because the intake manifold still needs to go on.

Finally the hardest part - getting the proper torque on all those bolts after the intake manifold is put on - its a serious pain.

Then test and listen for any leaks.
